Pet Health Plan
At ASL Vets, we believe having a Pet Health Plan is key to having a happy and healthy pet.
We all know the value and benefit of keeping our pets happy and healthy.
This is why we want to help reduce and spread the cost of routine preventative healthcare for your pet. We’re
working with our Pet Health Plan administrators, Vetsure, to deliver preventative treatments and benefits for
dogs, cats and rabbits, all at discounted prices that are collected in an easy monthly direct debit.

Care for the best of health, cover for the worst
Please note that our Pet Health Plan is not a pet insurance product.
Pet insurance is designed to cover the cost of treating unforeseen accidents or illnesses, and typically does not include routine or preventative healthcare. To help bring both sides of your pet’s wellbeing together, Vetsure Pet Health Plan members at ASL Vets will receive 5% off a new Vetsure Pet Insurance policy. If you already have a policy, this discount will be applied at your next renewal.
It’s Vetsure’s way of rewarding your commitment to keeping your beloved pet in the very best of health, supporting their everyday preventative care while also ensuring you have cover in place should the unexpected happen.
What more could a loving owner do for their pet?

Pet Health Plan Terms & Conditions
Our Pet Health Plans operate on a rolling 12-month agreement. You may cancel the plan at any time. If you choose to cancel before completing the full 12 months term, the payments made to date will be deducted from the total value of any services or products already provided. Any remaining balance will become payable at the point of cancellation.
Each plan includes up to a maximum of 12 months of flea and worming products, your annual vaccination or booster with a full health check, and one additional 6-month health check with a vet, along with other benefits. Free nurse clinics are provided under a fair use policy, and the plan also includes one urine test and access to discounted services. These benefits are only free of charge when the plan runs for the full 12 months term.
Plan entitlements are provided monthly and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded. Clients are responsible for arranging appointments and collecting any included medication in good time. Missed medication or services cannot be collected or claimed at a later date. It is your responsibility to request and collect your medication as and when it is due.
If the agreement is cancelled due to missed direct debit payments or by cancelling the direct debit with your bank, the plan will be voided immediately. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to withdraw your eligibility to rejoin the plan. All outstanding fees, minus any payments already made into the plan, will become due in full.
If you have any questions regarding the plan or the terms and conditions, please email us at info@aslvets.co.uk.
